摘      要:A method for the production of somatic embryos and subsequent plant regeneration for Fritillaria ussuriensis M. is described. Whole leaflet cxplants, derived from plantlets grown in vitro, formed light yellowish embryogenic calli within one month of culture in the dark. Somatic embryogenesis was obtained after a 28 d incubation on MS induction medium supplemented with 2 mg / L 2,4-D 0.5 mg / L BA, 0.5 mg / L KT and 500 mg / L CH followed by transfer to a second N medium containing 0.5 mg / L KT and 100 mg / L CH. Somatic embryos were transferred to MS medium with 0.1mg/ L NAA and placed in the light for regeneration. After two weeks, mature somatic embryo developed into whole plantlet.
