摘      要：A spectral theory is set up for generalized locally convex *** has been proved that the spectral radius formulation and the spectral mapping theorem *** has also been proved that the definition of the spectrum in Allans sense is equivalent to the one in Waelbroecks sense under some natural ***,another spectral theory is set up for linear operators in locally counvex spaces,which is superior to the known one in a sense.
