摘 要:Objective : To observe myocardial viability in patients after revascularization by color kinesis ( CK) echocardiography during infusion of dobutamine- Methods : We studied 45 patients with coronary artery disease (CAD) dignosed by coronary arteriography- During infusion of dobutamine 5 ~20 μg/(kg·min) , we observed color change in ischemic segments and compared that before and afterrevascularization by CKechocardiography in order to identify myocardial viability- Results :69 abnormal segments of wall motion were observed at rest in 45 patients with CAD- Quantitative analysis of CKin ischemic segments during infusion of dobutamine and after revascularization demon that it was higher than that in those segments at rest ( p 0-05) in 30 patients-Sensitivity ,specificity and accuracy oflow dose dobutamine CKechocardiography for predicting myocardial viability were 96-15 % ,75 % ,93-33 % , respectively- Conclusion : CKechocardiography during infusion of low dose dobutamine is a safe method and of certain clinical significance for identifying myocardial viability in patients with CAD-The Value of Low Dose Dobutamine Color Kinesis Echocardiography for Identification of Myocardial Viabilityin Patients after Revascularization (Abstract) Tianjin Chest Hospital ,Tianjin (300051) Liu Yujie , Geng Qingguo , Liang Shuanglin , et al- Objective : To observe myocardial viability in patients after revascularization by color kinesis ( CK) echocardiography during infusion of dobutamine- Methods : We studied 45 patients with coronary artery disease (CAD) dignosed by coronary arteriography- During infusion of dobutamine 5 ~20 μg/(kg·min) , we observed color change in ischemic segments and compared that before and afterrevascularization by CKechocardiography in order to identify myocardial viability- Results :69 abnormal segments of wall motion were observed at rest in 45 patients with CAD- Quantitative analysis of CKin ischemic segments during infusion of dobutamine and after revascular
