摘      要:Dear editor, P-glycoprotein (P-gp, also known as ATP-binding cassette transport sub-family B member 1, ABCB1) is a potent ATP-dependent efflux pump for a wide variety of drugs. Although studies of its substrates are abundant [ 1, 2], and ABCB1 is a well-conserved gene, there is increasing evi- dence that its polymorphisms affect substrate specificity [3].
