摘      要：Transcriptional regulation has been a dominant area of research in gene expression for more than 50 ***,the past 20 years of research in biology brought new focus on posttranscriptional events,namely RNA *** emphasis on understanding the regulatory functions of RNAs emerged with the identiication of cis-and trans-regulatory regions in
