摘      要：Sulfur is an essential nutrient for all organisms. It is present in amino acids cysteine and methionine, many co-enzymes and prosthetic groups, sulfolipids, sulfated peptides, and diverse secondary metabolites. Sulfur is taken up by plants as the inorganic oxidized anion sulfate, which is assimilated into the variety of cellular metabolites.
