摘 要：Multi-locus sequence typing（ MLST） was a newly defined genotyping method used for determining the sequences of nucleic acid. It was used to analyze the sequences of several housekeeping genes and helped to fix the final sequence types. The review was aimed to summarize the advantages and application of MLST in Streptococus agalactiae,S. dysgalactiae subspecies equisimilis,S. pneumonia,S. pyogenes and S. suis,including the amount of housekeeping genes,primer sequences and the size of PCR products.
