摘 要：During the past decade, treatment of Alzheimer’s disease was predominantly directed towards the treatment of secondary symptoms. Current drug development is directed primarily at the treatment of cognitive decline. Treatments over the next 10 years will be directed towards slowing the rate of decline, delaying the onset of appearance of disease, and to preventing disease.
