摘      要： Estradiol method for estrogen receptors by ~3H-estradiol has been used almost routinely, but application of fluorescein-labeled derivative of estradiol are only at outset. Dandliker has synthesized such a conjugate by condensing 1,3,5, [10]-estratriene-3, 17β-diol-6-iminooxyacetic acid with fluorescein amine.
