摘      要：Three problems encountered in the studies on the Yangtze River Estuary-delta are discussed in this *** first involves the sediment supplied and development processes of the ancient beach-ridge plain in the southern side of recent Yangtze River *** second deals with the origin of Lake Taihu depression and the third is concerned with the stages and the differences of the development in Yangtze River Estuary-delta during the last 6000 years.
