摘 要:High output power erbium-doped fibcr amplifier module is reported by using lightly doped Er/Ge/Al fiber as the amplifying media and 1. 48μm bidirectional laser pumping configuration, the small signal gain of 33dB, highest output power of 23mW and conversion efficiency of 37% are obtained.
