摘      要：The paper analysed the notes and commentaries written by medical scientist Yang Shangshan inSui Tang dynesty in Huang Di Nei Jing Su Wen, and made reviews on his viewpoint about moxibustion therapy. The paper summed up Yang’s idea as follows: use of acupuncture, moxibustion, orpharmacotherapy is supplemented each other, and ’of equal importance. Hot Acupuncture is bothAcupuncture and mxoibustion therapy. Yang stressed the moderate degree of moxibustion and warnedthe drawbacks of over- or under- use of moxibustion.
