摘      要：This paper gives two mathematical theorems to develop the eigenvalue polynomials which may be used to work out the energy levels, deduce the chemical properties of conjugated molecules and study the relationship between the graph and its spectrum as well The second theorem has been worked out by Tang Aoqing (Tang Au-chin) and Jiang Yuansheng (Kiang Yuan-sun) but without proof.
