摘 要:Dorsal horn of spinal cord is an important relay of primary afferent. Inorder to investigate the effect of ACh in spinal cord on electroacupunctureanalgesia, the ACh contant,ChAC and AChE activity were measured. 72 rats wereused in this experiment and separated into two groups, A and B. Eachgroup was subdivided into electroacupuncture group and control group. TheACh content and ChAC activity in dorsal horn of animal group A; andAChE activity in those of group B were investigated. After electroacupun-cture induction for 10, 20, 30 minutes, it was found that the effectiveness ofacupuncture analgesia direct relation to intensity of electroacupuncture(relative
