摘      要：open metallocene compound, [2,4-（CH3）2C5H5]2VCO has been synthesized anda low temperature （-60℃） X-ray diffraction technique. The compound crystallizesin an orthorhombic space group P2I2I2Iwith lattice parameters a=9.921 （6）, b=9.899（6）, c=14.491（8）, Z=4. The structure was refined by the block-matrix least-squares the final R=0.087
