摘 要:ABSTRACTToinvestigatetheefectivechargeefectinpartialystrippedionheliumcolisionsnewmeasurementsofthedoubleandsingleionizationcrossectionratiosofheliumbypartialystrippedoxygenionshavebeenmadeforprojectilechargestatesrangingform+1to+4,impactenergiesfrom1.5MeVto7.5MeV.Itisfoundthattheefectivechargeqeffincreasesastheimpingingenergyincreasesandqeffshowsamodestdependenceupontheprojectilechargestateinthepresentenergyrange.Theprojectilechargestate,projectileandtargetelectronicstatedependencesoftheefectivechargeefe
