摘 要:Plasmids,***2-neo and pUCEJ-ras,are entrapped at an efficiency of 63.8% in DOPC(Dioleoyl Phosphatidylcholine)liposomes with intactness by dehydration-rehydration method,andthen transferred into mouse fibroblast cell NIH/3T3(pSV2-neo+pUCEJ-ras)and human leukemic cell CEM(pSV2-neo only).Integration of foreign genes into recipient calls and their expression is demonstrated byG418 selection,DNA hybridization and nude mice inoculation,suggesting the possibility of applying liposomesto target or in vivo gene transfer.
