摘 要:In recent years much interest has been arisen in the theoretical research, the calculation method and practical application of low energy electron (1000-10 eⅤ) scattering (LEES). It is well known that both Rutherford scattering cross-section and Bethe’s stopping power formula are not applicable in describing the
