摘      要:A dry-wet-painting antirust paint based on epoxy resin is studied for the protection of various steel structural materials in industry. From the measurements the paint is shown to be excelent adhesion, good mechanical performance, and outstanding corrosion resistance with both dry and wet painting. As a part of a systematic study of the mechanism of dry-wet-painting action we have investigated the crosslinking and morphology of dry and wet coating by FT-IR and SEM. The results indicate that water acts only as a catalyst in the crosslink process without altering the mode of erosslinking reaction, and the micrograph of structur of dry-painting coat is similar to that of wet-paintin coat. The mechanism of dry-wet-painting for the paint is proposed
