摘 要：The concepts and progress of evidence-based dentistry were introduced in this critical review. An extensive PubMed search was conducted to provide sound evidences for some frequently encountered problems in prosthodontic daily practice. Conlusively, it is important for prosthodontists to keep current by looking for efficient ways of interpreting high quality evidences to clinical practice.
