“XNKQ”ACUPUNCTURE THERAPY FOR APOPLEXY AND ITS CLINICAL APPLICATION

摘      要：Objective: Two million patients have received such therapy and it gradually forms a series of diagnostic and treatment system for apoplexy.XNKQ acupuncture therapy has been formulated based on the pathogenesis of apoplexy which is the obstruction of brain orifices and hiding of vitality due to upward invasion of blood stasis, liver wind and ***: Nine thousand and five patients with apoplexy have been recruited in the study, corresponding complementary acupoints were also formulated for different apoplexy ***: The result showed that XNKQ acupuncture therapy had equal curative effect in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction and ischemic bulbar paralysis with a total effective rate of over 98%.Favorable clinical effects were observedafter a variety of clinical ***: Acupuncture significantly improved neurological deficits in stroke patients; acupuncture improved the quality of daily life of apoplexy patients, especially in acute phase; acupuncture still improved neurological deficits and the quality of daily life of stroke patients after 6 months of follow-up; acupuncture reduced the degree of disability; it lowered the recurrence and mortality of patients with ischemic stroke.
