摘      要:Under the globalization of rapid industrialization, economic growth and expansion to the global market, South Korea is attracting more and more international businesses who wish to do business with South Korean companies. It is suggested that a negotiator of an international company should understand the cultural background and the negotiating strategies first. This study aims to investigate the twelve negotiating variables of negotiating with South Korean companies. It is hoped that European, Asian, and American companies who wish to do business with South Korea can benefit from the results of research. This study results will be provided as reference of enterprises, schools and students.
