摘 要：The possibililles of capillary zone clectrophoresis (CZE) and micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography (MECC) were investigated for the qualitatiee analysis of ten prolected amino acids and peptides. The results show that MECC method has a better separation than CZE for these compounds.
