摘      要：Single coronary artery （SCA）, defined as an artery that arises from the arterial trunk and nourishes the entire myocardium, is rare. We report two cases of SCA, one is the fight coronary artery （RCA） originating from the middle of left descending artery （LAD）, and the other is the left main coronary artery （LMCA） arising from the proximal fight coronary artery.
