摘      要:高校学生社区的“沉默的螺旋是指当学生在面对某一议题时,如果感知到个人意见与主流不符,往往会倾向于选择保持沉默。这种沉默行为会加剧主流意见声势,从而形成个体表达逐渐减弱、沉默逐渐增强的螺旋式过程,具有自我强化性、不可逆性和广泛影响性。从成因来看,个体心理层面、群体动力层面以及社会文化与价值层面的失序、失范和极化均对“沉默的螺旋现象的发展起到重要作用。基于此,从个体维度提升情绪管理技巧、宿舍维度优化多维沟通机制、学校维度延展学生社区育人空间、营造浸润式育人环境、凝聚协同育人力量,为构建积极向上、和谐包容的高校社区氛围提供理论支持与实践路径。The “spiral of silence in the higher education student community refers to the tendency of students to remain silent when faced with a certain issue if they perceive that their personal opinions are not in line with the mainstream. This silent behaviour will intensify the mainstream opinion, thus forming a spiral process in which individual expression is gradually weakened and silence is gradually strengthened, which is self-reinforcing, irreversible, and widely influential. From the perspective of causes, the disorder, anomie, and polarization at the individual psychological dimension, group dynamic dimension, and socio-cultural and value dimension all play significant roles in the development of the “spiral of silence phenomenon. Based on this, we should improve the emotion management skills in the individual dimension, optimise the multi-dimensional communication mechanism in the dormitory dimension, extend the student community nurturing space in the school dimension, create an immersive nurturing environment, and gather the collaborative nurturing power, so as to provide theoretical support and practical paths for constructing a positive, harmonious and tolerant community atmosphere in colleges and universities.
