摘      要:理想和信念是一个人的精神支柱和动力源泉。加强理想信念教育,帮助青年明确奋斗目标、磨炼坚强意志,为党和国家的事业兴旺发达提供动力和支持。思想政治教育和价值引领是辅导员职责之一,通过分众思维引导学生乐学善思,从而增强理想信念教育的主动性、针对性、引领力。通过分析目前高职学生理想信念教育中存在的错误思潮蔓延、线上线下脱节、教育内容系统性不足等问题,寻找适合不同群体多种兴趣方向的育人路径,实现“三全育人目标,不断坚定高职学生理想信念。Ideals and beliefs are a person’s spiritual support and source of motivation. Strengthening the education of ideals and beliefs helps young people clarify their goals, cultivate a strong will, and provide motivation and support for the prosperity of the party’s and the country’s endeavors. Ideological and political education and value guidance are among the responsibilities of counselors, who guide students to enjoy learning and think critically through targeted thinking, thereby enhancing the proactivity, specificity, and guiding power of education on ideals and beliefs. By analyzing current issues in the education of ideals and beliefs among vocational students, such as the spread of erroneous thoughts, disconnection between online and offline learning, and insufficient systematic educational content, we aim to find educational paths suitable for different groups with various interests to achieve the goal of “comprehensive education and to continuously reinforce vocational students’ ideals and beliefs.
