摘 要：There is a popular urban myth that illustrates both the power and the mystery of private banking in China. Mid-flight, a wealthy businessman suddenly remembers that he has some important affairs that he neglected to tie up in the city he has just left. Frantically, he uses the onboard phone to place a call to his private banker. The banker uses his influence to speak to the pilot and, 20 minutes later, the plane makes an abrupt about-face and heads back to its point of departure.
