摘      要：The Chinese Govenlment published its first Afiica policy paper in 2006. Over the pasi decade, the policy has been CalTied OUt fully and effectively, playing an important guiding role in the all-round devel- opment of China-Afiica relations. This year marks the 15th anniver- sal3 of the establishment of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation （FOCAC）. The Second FOCAC Summit will be held in South Afiica in December. As the first China-Africa summit to be hosted on the Aftlean continent, it will be a landmark event conducive to strength- ening China-Africa unity and spearheading China-Afiica cooperation.
