摘 要:Biophoton emission originates from the biochemical process of electronically excited species in the living cellular milieu. The conditions for the generation of excited species in the hepatic microsome by either nonenzymatic or enzymatic reaction are: (ⅰ) the lack of hydroxylatable substrates in microsomes; (ⅱ) the existence of the reduction systems consisting of NADPH or ascorbic acid and cytochrome P-450; (ⅲ) the possession of *** is a hydroxylatable substrate because it can be hydrolyzed by hydroxyl radicals (~*OH). As compared with other aquatic animals, cytochrome P-450 in hepatic microsome, the dominant catalyst in the xenobiotic oxidative metabolism associated with biophoton emission is best in fish. Accordingly, an experimental system which does not
