摘      要：The authors applied the first total ankle with partial tibial replacement forthe tumor of the tibia and fibula in 1987. We have followed this case for 10 *** to now, the outcome of this operation is very good, with no tumor recurrenceand good function. According to the experiences, the authors raised the technicalindexes of design, the indications, incision, surgical procedures, and warnings.
