摘 要:This paper proposes a stochastic prediction DEA model with undesirable outputs and simplifies the process using chance-constrained techniques in order to obtain an equivalent linear programming formulation. The existence and stability of the optimal solutions have been proved. And the model is used to describe and predict the efficiency of anti-HIV therapy in AIDS patients.
