新媒体环境下高校关工委思政品牌建设的实践研究

摘 要:高校关工委在大学生思想政治教育中具有独特优势。进入新媒体时代,加强高校关工委思政品牌建设既是推动工作转型的现实需要,也是契合教育客体的必然要求,还是推动创新发展的有效路径。新媒体环境下,高校关工委思政品牌建设迎来新的发展机遇,但也面临网络环境融合度低、教师网络信息素养不足、活动同质化严重、品牌评价机制不足的网络困境。为此,高校关工委应转变观念,树立“主动引领的品牌意识;积极求变,增强关工委教师网络信息素养;精准施策,有效回应学生需求和实际困惑;系统评估,构建关工委思政品牌保障体系,从而充分发挥和增强高校关工委思政教育的实效和影响力。The University Guangong Committee has unique advantages in the ideological and political education of college students. Entering the era of new media, strengthening the construction of the ideological and political brand of the university’s Guangong committees is not only a realistic need to promote the transformation of work, but also an inevitable requirement to meet the educational objects, or an effective path to promote innovation and development. In the new media environment, the establishment of the ideological and political brands of the University Guangong Committee has ushered in new development opportunities, but it also faces a network dilemma with low network environment integration, insufficient teacher network information literacy, serious activity homogeneity, and insufficient brand evaluation mechanism. To this end, the university’s Guangong committee should change the concept and establish the brand awareness of “active leadership;actively seek changes to enhance the network information quality of teachers of the Guangong Committee;accurately impose policies, effectively respond to students’ needs and actual confusion;evaluate systematically, build the Guangong Committee’s ideological and political brand guarantee system, so as to give full play to and enhance the effectiveness and influence of the ideological and political education of colleges and universities.
