大学生外卖消费行为、影响因素及规范化管理——以云南大学呈贡校区为例

摘 要:研究目的:探究影响大学生外卖消费行为的因素,并提出优化外卖服务的措施,为高校外卖管理提供参考。研究方法:采用问卷调查的方式,随机抽取1140名云南大学学生进行调查,并结合文献研究,采用定性分析方法。研究结果:1) 外卖消费行为:83.9%的学生有外卖消费行为,77%的学生外卖频次为1~5次/周,85%的学生为临时起意点外卖,单次消费金额通常50元以下,46%的学生认为外卖是生活必需品。2) 外卖消费影响因素:口味需求、时间、食堂拥挤、卫生安全、价格等是导致学生外卖消费需求的重要因素。3) 外卖管理路径及措施:目前外卖柜存在放置点设计不合理、临时存放能力不足、受天气影响大等问题。结论:大学生外卖消费频率高,外卖消费行为受多方面因素影响,需要采取优化外卖放置服务空间的措施来改善现状。Objective: To explore the factors influencing the consumption behavior of college students, and to propose measures to optimize the takeaway service, so as to provide reference for the management of college takeaway. Methods: A total of 1140 students from Yunnan University were randomly selected for the survey by means of questionnaire survey, and qualitative analysis methods were used in combination with literature research. Results: 1) Takeaway consumption behavior: 83.9% of the students had takeaway consumption behavior, 77% of the students had takeaway consumption behavior of 1~5 times/week, 85% of the students ordered takeout for temporary reasons, and the single consumption amount was usually less than 50 yuan, and 46% of the students believed that takeout was a daily necessity. 2) Influencing factors of takeaway consumption: Taste demand, time, canteen crowding, hygiene and safety, price, etc. are important factors leading to students’ takeaway consumption demand. 3) Takeaway management path and measures: At present, there are problems such as unreasonable design of takeaway cabinets, insufficient temporary storage capacity, and great influence of weather. Conclusion: The frequency of takeaway consumption of college students is high, and the takeaway consumption behavior is affected by many factors, so it is necessary to take measures to optimize the service space of takeaway to improve the current situation.
