摘 要:Morchella septimelata polysaccharide(MSP)possesses multiple biological *** this study,double enzyme method was used to extract polysaccharides from Morchella *** basis of single factor experiment and response surface design was used to optimize the extraction process of *** optimal extraction conditions of polysaccharide were as follows:extraction time 2 h,extraction temperature 40.5℃,solid-liquid ratio 1:15(w/v),and the amount of double enzyme(cellulase:β-glucanase,mass ratio 1:2)2.0%.Under these conditions,the extraction yield of polysaccharide reached(14.86±0.12)%.
