论优绩主义存在之困境及其解决路径

摘 要：优绩主义是与社会的公平正义相联系的一个术语,它主张以人们的成就和功绩等优秀的因素来分配人们的收入、财富以及机会。通常情况下,人们都会下意识的认为优绩主义所主张的“能者多得的逻辑是正确的且具有正义内涵。可是,在优绩主义得以普遍应用的情形下,人们逐渐发现优绩主义自身所存在问题。因此,本文旨在明析优绩主义的基本内涵及其发展,阐明优绩主义的立足点及其存在之困境,随即尝试性地提出一种走出优绩主义困境的路径。Meritism is a term associated with social fairness and justice, which advocates the distribution of income, wealth, and opportunity based on merit factors such as people’s achievements and merits. Under normal circumstances, people subconsciously believe that the meritocratic logic of “those who can get more is correct and has a righteous connotation. However, when meritocracy is widely used, people gradually find that meritocracy has its own problems. Therefore, this paper aims to clarify the basic connotation and development of meritism, clarify the foothold of meritism and its predicament, and then try to put forward a path out of the predicament of meritism.
