摘 要:随着我国城镇化进程的加速,大量农村劳动力转移到城市工作,留守儿童问题逐渐成为影响农村社会稳定的重要因素。农村留守儿童普遍存在心理问题,主要表现为孤独、焦虑、抑郁等。这些问题源于长期与父母分离,缺乏安全感和关爱,以及长期独处的环境造成的心理压力。现阶段对农村留守儿童心理问题的关注度不够,相关支持措施也不够完善。需要加大对农村留守儿童心理健康的关注与支持,促进他们的身心健康发展。针对农村留守儿童心理问题,可以采取综合的对策,包括建立支持服务体系、加强心理辅导师队伍建设、加强与学校、家庭的沟通与合作等措施,以提升农村留守儿童的心理健康水平。With the acceleration of China’s urbanization process, a large number of rural laborers have moved to work in cities, and the problem of left-behind children has gradually become an important factor affecting the stability of rural society. Rural left-behind children commonly suffer from psychological problems, mainly characterized by loneliness, anxiety and depression. These problems originate from the long-term separation from parents, the lack of security and care, and the psychological pressure caused by the long-term solitary environment. At this stage, not enough attention has been paid to the psychological problems of rural left-behind children, and the relevant support measures are not perfect. It is necessary to increase the attention and support to the psychological health of rural left-behind children, and to promote their healthy physical and mental development. Comprehensive countermeasures can be taken to address the psychological problems of rural left-behind children, including the establishment of a support service system, the strengthening of the psychological counselor team, and the strengthening of communication and cooperation with schools and families, in order to enhance the psychological health of rural left-behind children.
