摘      要:儒家文化作为中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,具有深厚的历史底蕴与文化内涵。儒家思想所蕴含着丰富的心理学思想,有利于帮助高校学生从容面对挫折、改善其心理素质,对于高校学生的心理健康教育有着积极的指导作用。本文从儒家心理学思想出发,指出高校学生所面临的心理问题,并将儒学思想融入高校心理健康教育,既有利于当下高校心理健康工作的拓宽和精进,也推动了中华优秀传统文化的改革与创新。Confucianism, as an important part of Chinese traditional culture, has a profound historical background and cultural connotations. Confucianism contains rich psychological ideas, which can help college students face setbacks and improve their psychological quality, and has a positive guiding role in the mental health education of college students. This paper points out the psychological problems faced by college students from the psychological ideas of Confucianism and summarizes the psychological problems faced by college students by integrating Confucianism into the mental health education of colleges, which is conducive to the broadening and refinement of the current mental health work in colleges and universities, and also promotes the reform and innovation of Chinese traditional culture. The integration of Confucianism into mental health education in colleges and universities is not only conducive to the broadening and refinement of mental health work in colleges and universities, but also promotes the reform and innovation of the excellent traditional Chinese culture.
