摘      要：The strategic value of cyberspace has been recognized by countries around the world. China has made a series of policy proposals to build and reform the global cyberspace governance system. The Chinese propositions do not intend to address a single problem but attempt to resolve multi-level and multi-dimensional issues. With a pragmatic and dialectical approach, and systematic and scientific methods, China will stay in tune with the times and contribute new ideas, wisdom, and solutions to global cyberspace governance.
