摘      要:口蹄疫病情(FMDV)在与宿主相互作用中进化出了一系列逃逸宿主抗病毒免疫的策略,在分子水平深入挖掘FMDV与宿主相互作用机制是高效疫苗研发和抗病分子育种的前提。2024年3月PLoS Pathogens杂志发表了“A genome-wide CRISPR screening uncovers that TOB1acts as a key host factor for FMDV infection via both IFN and EGFR mediated pathways的研究论文,论文的通讯作者为吴森教授、赵要风教授、李丹研究员、郑海学研究员。该研究利用CRISPR/Cas9敲除技术,在全基因组水平筛选了猪源细胞中与FMDV感染相关的重要宿主因子。
