摘      要：On January 21, the Opening Meeting/First Plenary Meeting of the Second Session of the Sixth Chongqing Municipal People’s Congress was held where the Government Work Report of the municipality was delivered. The buzzwords mentioned in the report suggest new directions for the New Chongqing to expand opening-up of higher standards.
