摘      要：To the Editor:Malignant ovarian tumors during pregnancy(MOTP)rank second after cervical cancer among gynecological malignancies diagnosed during pregnancy,and most women today hope to maintain pregnancy and preserve fertility,which complicates oncologic treatment,as all potential complications and prognoses should be carefully considered for both the mother and fetus.A coordinated approach from a multidisciplinary team involving gynecological oncologists,obstetricians,and pathologists is recommended.
