摘      要：We are glad to present this special issue on Blockchain protocols,data analysis,and applications in the Blockchain:Research and Applications *** special issue collects extended versions of papers presented at the Second Workshop on Blockchain theoRy and ApplicatIoNs(BRAIN 2021),held in conjunction with the 26th IEEE Symposium on Computers and Communications(ISCC 2021),as well as entirely original papers directly submitted to this special issue.
