摘 要:The interaction between biomolecules,such as protein-protein interactions,protein-nucleic acid interactions,and protein-metabolite interactions,plays a central role in regulating cellular function.Yet sensitive detection and unbiased analysis of these interactions with high spatial and temporal resolution in living cells and organisms in situ remain challenging.Thus,the development and application of novel tools for molecular interaction mapping will contribute significantly to our understanding of many key biological processes.
