摘      要：Objective To investigate the association between serum glycogen synthase kinase 3β(GSK-3β),brainderived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),blood glucose fluctuation and mild cognitive impairment(MCI)in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods 121 elderly T2DM patients who were hospitalized in the endocrinology department of Xuzhou Medical University Affiliated Hospital from May 2021 to January 2022 were selected and divided into cognitive normal group(T2DM,n=68)and MCI group(n=53)based on the scores of Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA)and Minimal Mental State Assessment Scale(MMSE).
