摘      要：荷兰一位55岁终末期慢性阻塞性肺疾病女性患者明确要求安乐死，并获得了批准。 2007年11月，一位55岁终末期慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）女性患者入住护理院。该患者于1997年诊断罹患COPD并进行过7次肺康复治疗（1998年、2000年、2001年、2002年、2005年2次、2006年）。2000年行了肺减容手术，同年出现一次卒中，导致左臂瘫痪并左半身疼痛。2006年医生建议该患者接受长期氧疗。
