摘      要：This paper introduced the grape industry in Xinjiang and its agricultural intellectual property resources,and analyzed six major problems such as the ineffective leading role of intellectual property rights in high-quality ***,it proposed eight strategies to build a national-level regional fine-grain breeding base for grapes and develop“agricultural chipsin the context of the strategy of strengthening the country with intellectual property and innovation-driven development strategy.
