摘 要:We report on an efficient blue light generation in periodically poled LiTaO3 by the frequency tripling of a quasi-continuous 1342nm Nd:YVO4 laser. The period of the sample was 14.778µm. Blue light with an average power of 138mW was generated from a 18mm long crystal in a single-pass process under an average fundamental power of 713mW. The internal conversion efficiency was 19.3%.
