摘      要：Triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells 2(TREM2) is type I transmembrane protein receptor found in osteoclasts, dendritic cells, macrophages, and microglia(Ulland and Colonna, 2018). In the central nervous system, TREM2 expression is confined exclusively to microglia. TREM2 comprises an extracellular V-type immunoglobulin(Ig) ectodomain, a connecting stalk followed by a transmembrane region and a short C-terminal tail.
