摘 要:Electrokymograph was used to record the changes of Crucian Carp’s respiration movement in polluted water. In the polluted water which contained phenol concentration 0-30ppm, both respiration frequency and cough frequency increased in accord with elevated concentration; In the polluted water which contained mercuric chloride 0~0. 1ppm, the respiration frequency decreased step by step, however cough frequency increased step by step;In the polluted water which contained paper mill wastewater 0-2%, the respiration frequency decreased step by step whereas cough frequency increased step by step.
