摘 要:The AMO (Atlantic Multidecadal Oscillation) and PDO (Pacific Decadal Oscillation) were considered as the main indicators of decadal-multidecadal variations of global climate system. Joint and separate AMO and PDO manifestations in the winter cyclonic activity on the global and regional scales for the Northern Hemisphere and Mediterranean and Black Sea were studied. Composite schemes of typical displacement of cyclonic active zones in Northern Hemisphere for two combinations of AMO and PDO phases are proposed.
